The Area and Store Arrangement of COEX Mall
• The comprehensive facility area of COEX Mall is about 118,800 ㎡, the largest in the Asia for an under-ground shopping complex, and about 14.5 times the size of the Main Olympic Stadium. Within this, stores occupy about 64,000 ㎡.
•MEGABOX, a multiplex movie theatre, occupies 21,285 ㎡, the largest in the nation for a single store. The smallest store in the Mall occupies less than one square meter.
•There are about 260 stores. The key tenants that attract most customers are Megabox and the Aquarium,and anchor Tenants are 14 stores, including Bandi&Luni’s and Linko.
•Dining facilities include 64 outlets: theme restaurants such as Marché, and T.G.I.F, and fast food restaurants popular with young people such as McDonald's and Burger King. There are 176 other stores, including fashion boutiques, cosmetic shops, convenience stores, optician's shops, and general stores.
•With its public space of 49,500 ㎡, comfortable walking passages including a straight-line distance corridor of 663m in length, and measuring 18m wide, the COEX Mall is not only a great convenience for visitors to COEX’s famous convention center, but also a popular entertainment destination in its own right.
